This page explains how to request deletion of your One App account and associated cloud data without needing the app installed. It satisfies Google Play’s account-deletion web resource requirement.
For the full Privacy Policy, see: https://hemantaggarwal.com (or the Privacy Policy URL listed on the Google Play store listing).
How to request deletion
Option A — Email (available now)
- Send an email from the same Google account email you use to sign in to One App.
- Address: hemant.060991@gmail.com
- Subject line (use exactly):
One App — Account Deletion Request - Include in the body:
- Your One App account email
- Your Firebase / app user ID if you know it (optional)
- A clear statement that you want your One App account and associated cloud data deleted
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before proceeding.
Option B — In-app (shipping in a future release)
When available in the Official app:
- Open Settings → Account
- Tap Delete account
- Follow the confirmation steps
Until that control ships, use Option A above.
What we delete
After a verified request, we will delete or irreversibly de-identify, within a reasonable period (and no later than required by applicable law):
- Your Firebase Authentication account linkage for One App (where we control deletion)
- Your user registry entry
- Cloud-synced One App content associated with your account that is not required to be retained
- Entitlement / trial metadata associated with your account
What is not deleted automatically (or needs separate action)
- Google Drive files you uploaded via One App remain in your Google Drive. Delete them in Drive (or via the app’s file-delete flows) if you want them removed.
- Shared content owned by someone else (for example a list where another user is the owner) is not deleted from other members’ accounts when you leave; leaving removes your membership.
- Google Play billing records remain subject to Google’s retention.
- Legal / security retention: we may keep limited records if required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance.
- Backups and logs may take a limited additional period to fully purge.
Temporary account deactivation or “freezing” is not the same as deletion.
Sign-out vs deletion
Sign-out only clears local data on the current device and ends the session. It does not delete your cloud account or synced server-side data.
To permanently delete your account and associated cloud data, use the deletion request process on this page.
Uninstalling the app
Uninstalling One App removes local data from that device. It does not by itself delete your cloud account or synced data. Submit a deletion request if you also want cloud data removed.
After you request deletion
- We verify the request (email must match your One App Google account where possible).
- We process deletion of eligible account and cloud data.
- You may receive a confirmation email when the request is completed.
If we need more information to verify ownership, we will reply to your request email.
